30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, with all included accessories. An order number or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, click Request a Return below or email AURELIEBEAUTY@GMAIL.COM. Please wait for our return instructions before sending your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, except where required by law.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can help.

This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law.
